You may use the Kairos website for lawful, personal purposes, including learning about the product and opening the Kairos application. Do not interfere with the site, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it abusively, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Early access
Submitting your email is a request, not a guarantee of admission, launch timing, feature availability, or continued service. It does not create a paid subscription. If invited, separate product terms and privacy disclosures may apply.
Pricing and trial information
New accounts receive a seven-day Pro preview without a payment method. Starter and Pro subscriptions include a separate 14-day billing trial. The final price, renewal schedule, and trial terms are shown in secure checkout before you subscribe.
Intellectual property
Kairos names, marks, site design, copy, software, and original product visuals are owned by Kairos or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Stock media remains subject to its original license. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Kairos is a productivity and planning product. Website content is general information and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Seek a qualified professional when your situation requires one.
Disclaimers and liability
The early-access website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Kairos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this site.

We may modify the site or these terms as Kairos develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
