What we collect
We collect privacy-conscious website analytics such as page visits, referral source, selected plan, and calls to action. When you continue into Kairos, a random visitor identifier and campaign details may be carried into account setup so we can understand which marketing brought people to the product.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the waitlist, communicate about Kairos access and launch updates, protect the form from abuse, understand website performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We may use hosting, database, email, analytics, and security providers to operate the site. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations. The initial site is designed to use Vercel for hosting and Supabase for waitlist storage.
Retention and security
We retain early-access information while it is useful for launch communication, product access, legal compliance, or until you ask us to remove it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your early-access information, or opt out of launch messages at any time. Use the unsubscribe option in a Kairos email or reply to that message with your request. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
Product activity
Kairos may record action metadata such as tasks completed, habits checked, features used, and plan or checkout events to power progress insights and future yearly recaps. We do not use private journal text, note content, task descriptions, email bodies, or assistant conversation text for those analytics.
